Paul Doherty is an accredited practitioner in Conflict Dynamics Profiling® with the Institute for Workplace Dynamics and an accredited practitioner in Happiness at Work® with the iOpener Institute. He is also trained in CINERGY® conflict management coaching. Paul practiced for many years as a Certified Mediator with the Mediators’ Institute of Ireland.
Paul uses his skills in conflict analysis, conflict coaching and mediation to help parties in tension or conflict to reach understandings and agreements that enable them to move forward constructively. He also uses his skills in group facilitation to help resolve issues in organisational and community settings.
Facilitated Conflict Management
Paul uses a range of facilitative approaches to avert and address conflict in workplaces and communities, including a participatory method known as ‘Conflict Mapping’. As an experienced mediator and a mature organisational and community development practitioner, he identifies and targets the root causes of conflict within work teams and community groups. He is able to facilitate constructive engagement in conflict resolution through the use of licensed online conflict analysis tools.
Conflict Management Coaching
As well as providing generic executive coaching, Paul equips people to work through challenging conflict situations through CINERGY® Conflict Management Coaching and Conflict Dynamics Profiling®. He also promotes healthy workplace relationships through the iOpener Happiness at Work® coaching method.
