Paul has extensive personal experience of effecting successful organisational transition, both at the level of practice development and at the level of strategic management. As a transition specialist, he has supported numerous organisations on the journey of change. He works with a consulting framework that ensures that transition is rooted in a clear and accountable theory of practice. His approach combines a clear and comprehensive process with skilled facilitation of stakeholder involvement and excellent documentation. As a certified workplace mediator and an accredited specialist in workplace well-being, Paul is well-equipped to support organisations in which change is accompanied by tension or conflict.
Training and Facilitation Services
Paul has been a professional trainer and lecturer for many years. He now develops bespoke curricula and delivers training in core areas relating to his consulting practice, including organisational governance, strategic management, practice development and workplace well-being. Paul is also a skilled group facilitator who supports leadership groups, work teams and other learning communities to reflect on their practice. Paul’s training and facilitation work is grounded in his professional engagement in the fields of health, personal development, community building, organisational capacity building, adult education, psychotherapeutic support, advocacy and supported self-directed living for people affected by disability, mental health difficulties or dementia.
Supervision, Mentoring and Coaching Services
Paul provides external supervision and mentoring for people in leadership or other challenging professional roles. He is a subject expert in the fields in which he has worked. As a qualified coach and workplace wellbeing specialist, he is also able to support people to advance towards their personal and professional goals.
